We design and build coil wrapping machines and automatic coil packing lines for steel, copper, aluminium, wire, cable, hose, bearing and tyre coils — and we install and service them worldwide.

Scope of supply
What we build
Coil wrapping machines
Ring, eye-through and horizontal wrapping machines for coils from 20 kg to 25 t, in LLDPE film, VCI film, kraft paper or woven belt.
Automatic coil packing lines
Turnkey lines combining coil turning, wrapping, strapping, weighing, labelling and stacking under one PLC.
Line integration
Conveyors, turnstiles, down-enders, gantry stackers and coil cars integrated with the customer slitting or shearing line.
Custom engineering
Machines engineered around the customer coil dimensions, plant layout and packing material, including special-purpose handling.

Coil data review
We start from your coil ID / OD / width / weight and required output, and confirm the machine envelope.

Engineering & drawings
Mechanical and electrical drawings, cycle-time calculation, packing-material selection and layout proposal.

Manufacturing & test
In-house machining, assembly, wiring and factory acceptance test — customers are welcome to attend.

Installation & training
Our engineers install and commission the line on site, train operators and hand over documentation.

After-sales
Online diagnostics, spare parts inventory and a global technician network; standard warranty covers the full line for one year.
