Economy Copper Coil Packing Line in short
The Economy Copper Coil Packing Line automates coil handling and stacking for small and medium copper processors. It takes the manual coil flipping and heavy lifting out of the packing bay and is built as a compact line for sites with limited floor space.
Turnstile (Component 2): Receives coils from the production line and provides precise orientation rotation.
Coil Downender (Component 3): Safely flips vertical coils to a horizontal position using hydraulic synchronization.
Coil Centering (Component 8): Uses laser positioning to ensure +/- 3mm accuracy before stacking.
Coil Stacking (Component 9): Automated stacking system, supporting up to 3 layers in various patterns.
