The FPH-400W wraps hose coils and plastic pipe coils. It is a high-efficiency machine for PVC, PE and similar pipe coils, and the tight wrap reduces both labour and packaging material cost.

What this machine does
- Many different packing material can be chosen.
- "Reset" bottom to back original position.
- Manual and automatic two switching modes.
- Wrapping and supporting rolls can be adjusted by the Inverter.
- Adjustable 20% - 90% overlaps to meet requirements for packaging.
- Once wrapping finished, hose will be stopped automatically.
- Safe operation guardrail, wrapping ring soft to start and stop.
- Tension of hose coil be adjusted by circuit breaker.
- Special brake used to avoiding folding of packing material.
- Packing speed is 20-30 seconds per coil.
- Friction be adjustable per requirements.
