Wire Rod Compacting and Strapping Machine

Wire Rod Compacting and Strapping Machine in short
The automatic wire rod compacting and strapping line is designed for wire rod coil packaging and suits coils with an outer diameter of 100-200mm, a width of 1000-3000mm and a weight of up to 2 tonnes. After a coil is placed on the compressing station, the line positions, compacts and straps it automatically with PET or steel strapping.
This Wire Rod Strapping & Compacting Line includes compacting frames, block roller, strapping heads, electric cabinet, pneumatic and hydraulic installation. This line will be fully automatic with manual operations mode. After connecting with C-hook handling line, the wire rod coil should move the wire coil on the compressing station manually/automatically. The c-hook along with the coil will be displaced to the position of the strapping table for strapping.
