FPS-400 in short
The FPS-400 wraps steel coils and steel strip coils. The machine is built for high efficiency with a tight, clean wrap that reduces labour and packaging material cost.
FHOPE Steel coil packaging machinery FPS-400, classical type of simplified coil packing machine, is good handling choice for stell coil industry, convenient for loading and unloading from the top of the machine vertically by crane.
Stretch film, crepe paper, woven belt.. various packaging materials are available. Whatever sizes of coil packing machine, it ’ s tailor making based on required information of coil OD, coil ID, coil width/thickness. Wrapping speed, packing material and wrapping layer could be adjustable for customer ’ s needs.
Standard machine is consist of C-ring, packing material releasing roller, supportive roller, carrier roller, base frame, etc. PLC and touch screen control system for your quick operation and convenient maintenance.
