FPW-2500 in short
The horizontal PC wire coil packing machine is designed for steel wire coils with outer diameters of up to 2500 mm and weights of 1 to 3 tons. It is a ring-type coil wrapping machine that feeds plastic wrapping film through the inner diameter of the coil.
The FPW2500 is an pre-strand steel wire coil packaging machine. The wrapping station can be moable for coil loading, unloading and wrapping. The entire wrapping process is computer-controlled for precision and efficiency. The machine features an indexing rotate ring and wrapping arms that apply stable wrapping tension. It protects the wire surface from scratches and damages. With a high wrapping speed of 18 seconds per cycle, the FPW2500 increases throughput and reduces labour costs for wire manufacturers. It is an ideal solution for packaging medium to large-sized steel wire coils.
l The converter is adopted to adjust the overlap of the packing tape according to requirement by roller speed and ring speed.
l Both Electric limitation and mechanical limitation for operation system.
l Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs. Trouble can be shown automatically.
