FPW-300 in short
The FPW-300 is a wire coil ring wrapper intended for medium-sized coils. It is capable of wrapping coils with various packaging materials, such as LLDPE stretch film, compound paper, knitted belts, and more.
This steel wire ring wrapper employs a ring-style film wrapper to package steel wire coils. The packaging protects against dust, air, moisture, and other elements. The machine wraps coils around an eye core, and is highly flexible. It can be customized to meet the specific needs of each customer and packaging line layout. All packaging and wrapping requirements are input into the machine's control system for automatic, tailored operation. The data setting as below:
The FPW-300 wire coil wrapping machine is an N-type ring wrapper that affixes packing material to the ring. It is designed primarily for wrapping light steel wire coils, razor wire coils, and GI wire coils. This highly efficient coil packaging equipment saves on labour, protects products, and reduces material costs, providing an ideal solution for coil-shaped packaging needs.
